By submitting a station to UpSNAP for distribution to mobile listeners, the party submitting that station affirms that they are authorized to make following statements and agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

• The Station Provider has complete ownership of and distribution rights to all content contained in the audio stream being submitted.
• The Station Provider grants to UpSNAP the right to distribute the submitted audio stream to mobile listeners via UpSNAP's mobile service.
• The Station Provider must provide a valid audio stream file encoded in MP3 format or Real Audio format. We accept MP3 or Real Audio formats and your audio feed should be provided in a reliable or static URL format (.PLS format being best)
• The Station Provider will provide prompt notification to UpSNAP in the event of:
• A change in the Station's audio stream
• If Station's audio stream activity is suspended or discontinued
• Or there is any other substantive change in the nature or frequency of the Station's audio stream being submitted
• The Station Provider agrees to display at least one UpSNAP image (to be provided by UpSNAP) in a non-rotating format on the main page of the website above the fold for the submitted Station so that you listeners will know that your station is a part of our Network! This image shall be linked to the UpSNAP website at www.UpSNAP.com. There is no limit to the number of images and links allowed on a Station's website. Click here to view the provided images! • UpSNAP reserves the right to either accept or reject any Station submitted for listing and distribution via any of its mobile services. UpSNAP may, at any time and at its sole discretion, remove any Station from its website and mobile services. UpSNAP shall have full control over how any Station is displayed and the order in which Stations are listed in any of its mobile services or web pages.
• UpSNAP may make mention of any Station appearing on any of its mobile services for the purposes of advertising or promoting its mobile services.
• Participation in an UpSNAP mobile service does not confer any rights of ownership or usage other than those expressly stated in this Terms and Conditions document and that each party retains full ownership of their respective brands, technologies, content, customer information and trademarks.
• All information not already in the public domain which may be exchanged in the course of doing business under these Terms and Conditions shall be considered confidential and shall not be divulged by either UpSNAP or the Station Provider to any outside parties, either during the time in which the Station's content appears on any UpSNAP mobile service offering or at any time thereafter.
